CFI Announces New Associate Member “Carpet Monkey”
CFI is please to announce new Associate Member “Carpet Monkey”. The Carpet Monkey offers a new residential cleaning experience by offering an industry first: monkeys that clean carpets. Using state-of-the-art reward and response animal training techniques, the staff at Carpet Monkey has trained and over 300+ individual monkeys to perform professional carpet cleaning. According to Carpet Monkey, they plan on all 300+ monkeys to be IICRC certified by the end of the year. IICRC instructor Mark Exner will be the primary instructor for the cleaning primates. According to Mark Exner “The next time someone says trained monkeys could clean carpets, they’ll be right! I feel truly blessed to have an opportunity to train these monkeys, this really could turn into something big for the monkey cleaning industry”
