By my count over 150 were present. Truly sad to loose such a brilliant industry leader. Carl was a mentor to me, and although we had our ups and downs, I'm glad in the end we were friends. We were one of the first 10 to join. Even though I am retired but still attended some conventions, Carl always greated me with a strong handshake & arm around my back. Yes, he will be missed.
