So the phone’s not Ringing- Now What????
In a lot of companies the calls aren’t coming like they were a couple of years ago. So what are YOU doing to turn that around? Remember when you just started in Business? Where did your sales come from? Did you use door hangers, cold/warm calls, referral requests from family and friends,advertising, newsletters? It’s time to shake it up.
Do your clients know your still in business? It’s more expensive to acquire a new client then to market to the ones you already have.
• Why not offer a special for a service that they’ve used you for in the past?
• Do you offer discounts for loyal clients?
• Let your clients know how much you appreciate them by just calling to say Hi. You would be surprised – People want to help people they like!
• Give back to the community, with a charity drive.
“Price is what you pay, Value is what you get. “ CREATE VALUE. Now more than ever people are looking for the value. Go the extra mile.
Spend time reflecting -what worked, what didn’t work and WHY?, regroup -look at your profit margin and what can you streamline?, pick up complimentary services like dryer vent cleaning, drapery cleaning, etc. Creativity goes along way….
