About the Instructor:
Mark Exner is a veteran of 35 years in the cleaning business. He is a distributor, Senior Carpet Inspector & instructs for many IICRC Approved Schools, including Chemspec, Prochem, Servpro, and Disaster Kleenup International, and several others.
